 Our integrated staff assists clients in managing their construction project from start to finish, planning, scheduling, budgeting, cost control, design, and construction. 

 The Design / Build approach allows our staff to work collaboratively with both the architectural and engineering teams interacting to develop plans, specifications, preliminary budgets and schedules. 

 We provide clients with conceptual construction budget estimating and general design consultation during early stages of a project. 

 Our extensive experience in a wide variety of building systems, allows us to properly balance the effects of function and cost on overall value. These analyses are presented to our clients as cost saving options. 

Our primary objective as an Owner Representative is to assist clients in performing their role as the Owner, by advising them on all pre-construction and construction related aspects of the project.
